Do you can cold brew coffee, tonic water, soda, ______?

Yes! We can a variety of craft beverages. Regardless of what you're canning, we'd love to help. We have experience with craft beer, wine, mead, cider, coffee, soda, tonic water, and more. Learn more and request a quote here.

Do you offer mobile canning outside of Texas?

At this time, our mobile canning services are limited to the state of Texas.

Can I get a quote for your equipment and upgrade parts?

Who manufactures your cans?

We purchase our cans from a variety of manufacturers throughout North America. We cannot guarantee a specific supplier at any given time but will be happy to send can spec sheets with any supply purchase.

Are your cans or can ends BPANI?

Liner is indicated on each product page. Should you have any questions after review of the product pages, please contact our sales team.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on what you're ordering. Parcel orders will leave our building within 3 business days. For non-custom freight orders, please allow 3-5 business days plus transit. Shrink-sleeve lead times vary. Production lead time during off-season is 4-6 weeks; during peak season (April - Sept) allow 6-8 weeks. It is incredibly important to note that production lead time DOES NOT include any time associated with art setup/approval or shipping. It is the time needed to produce cans from the point of art approval until the production run is fully off the line and ready to ship. It is always best to allow a minimum of 10-12 weeks for any new shrink-sleeve label/order.

Can you help design my label for shrink-sleeved can?

We are happy to help guide you through the artwork process, however you will need original art files to submit. Shrink sleeved art setup is free.

What is the minimum order quantity for your supplies?

Cans are sold per layer or pallet, can ends by the sleeve, PakTech by the box and case trays by the unit or in bundle quantities. Full detailed information can be found on each product page. It is important to note, minimum order quantities for shrink-sleeved cans are per label design, not the total order quantity.

Can you adjust my account to be tax exempt?

Of course. Please e-mail taxexempt@americancanning.com for more info. Once sales tax exemption documentation is on file, any succeeding order will be tax exempt. We are unable to refund sales tax for any order that was completed prior to documentation being on file.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. When you checkout, you will see all available shipping options. Typically, international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide.

What is Ground with Freight Pricing shipping?

'Ground with Freight' is our most economical shipping option. It is important to note, orders shipped via this method will be delivered as individual parcel packages from UPS - no pallets, lift gate, etc. If LTL shipping is needed, contact us. We're happy to provide a quote.
