What is the job?
The NetSuite Administrator manages the day-to-day functions of our ERP across all company divisions. This person will be the point of contact for all NetSuite inquiries, issues, and training. You will be creating training materials and SOPs for new staff to learn the system. We are a fast-growing company and need a motivated individual who will be driven to understand business needs and challenges.

What will you do?
- Perform day-to-day NetSuite Administrator duties.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is driving value and efficiency for the organization.
- Maintain and support the NetSuite ERP applications and related 3rd party integrations for internal stakeholders.
- Support end-user requests for new saved searches, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards.
- Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to users, including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration.
- Support and help manage the change management and release process for NetSuite.
- Provide front-line support regarding all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity.
- Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity and change protocols.
- Configure NetSuite to support transaction flow from source applications and systems.
- Research and resolve issues, assist in outlining enhancements and administering user access to the system.
- Map existing processes and create new/revised processes.
What is required?
- 5+ years NetSuite System Administration experience.
- Understanding of business financial processes, as well as customizations of business processes as they relate to financial systems.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
- Commitment to excellent customer service in dealing with company personnel at all levels.
- Understanding of customizations and business processes as they relate to financial systems.
- Detail orientation with a mindset for meeting high standards for financial system operations.
- Demonstrated time management skills and including multi-tasking, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while interacting effectively, and quickly gaining the respect and support of team members.
